Selecting execution not properly scrolling to execution in ChartView #8

After running a sample, selecting different executions should result in the
Chart scrolling to the selected execution.  For many executions, you can
keep selecting the same execution and the chart will jump around apparently
at random. At times, no executions at all are visible in the scrollpane.

(This same bug affects selecting trades)
