[Feature Request] ASCII Frontend for Radar View #146

It would be really cool if wego can provide a radar frontend that can be viewed in an ascii format.

Closing issue due to inactivity. I'd still like to work on a radar cli app, but don't think wego is for considering the use of the required API keys.

I have personally started using https://github.com/chubin/wttr.in over this project.
