Use correct classpath delimiter under Windows #35

Under Windows ';' has to be used as classpath delimiter instead of ':'. Otherwise run_xslt() will fail.

I merged this in, but it wasn't clean, so the PR didn't auto close when 734e7d92d77559e1d403bb33f1d12dce12f46413 was pushed.
