Move git-scribe to an org, or enable Travis-CI service hook for me #57

I'd like to have a CI build running here, exposing the failing tests. I'm adding a Travis.yml file now.

Added Travis config in https://github.com/schacon/git-scribe/commit/cf63aa6e3c1909c973706b65354f548a3be8ec6a

Just need the Service Hook enabled, since I can't change the settings on a personally-owned repo.
