Does not handle phase "secret" #256

I have bookmarked branches that are in phase "secret". Hg-git pushes them anyways. There needs to be a check of the phase to make sure it is not "secret". The other phases are fine - just not "secret", since that means "do not push this change"

Why was this issue closed? I could reproduce the problem.
