repository not found #281

When I try to clone:

$ hg clone git+ssh://git@github.com:cancan101/pydicom.git
abort: repository git+ssh://git@github.com:cancan101/pydicom.git not found!

but I believe that repository link should exist: https://github.com/cancan101/pydicom

Works for me (hg 3.0.1, latest hg-git (ab8562b11c4f (mercurial-hash))).

The issue was not setting the extension correctly in the hgrc file
