added link to hosted mathjax and an example slide showing how to use mathjax with showoff and markdown

solves issue #61

i can't link to external resources - i give presentations offline most of the time and this would not work. if you redo this as having some sort of option to load it or something so it's not hardcoded as a default, i'll pull it in
