Refactor localization and test by changing the device settings

Why did you move Bundle+ResourceBundle.swift to a subdirectory called New Group?

@dmfs @rutgerg Closing this PR due duplicated commits caused by rebase going bad.

The needed commits were cherry picked and used to create a new PR where all pending comments are addressed: https://github.com/schedjoules/ios-public-calendars-sdk/pull/23
