Form wasn't shown in designer mode #298

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Opening *.ui.xml in designer mode lead to error.See attachment for stacktrace

Configuration:
Java 1.7.0_60 (32bit)
GWT SDK 2.6.1
Eclipse 4.3(Kepler) with latest updates (32bit)
(Version: Kepler Service Release 2
Build id: 20140224-0627)

OS: Windows x64 with latest updates
