Adding Tree or TreeItem fails to load Designer with error in Eclipse 4.3 #308

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new project.
2. Add couple of panels.
3. Add a Tree and/or TreeItem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tree being rendered.
Exception. parsing the content.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse 4.3 (Kepler). Windows 7.
SDK: GWT 2.6.1
