What steps will reproduce the problem?

imidiatelly after lunch of eclipse popup will show up with message: An internal 
error occurred during: "Google Managed APIs Plugin: check APIs for updates".
java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError (please see the attached picture)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
