Group timeline does not show who created what round #201

Realistically, we need to redo the schema for the object, #171

Groundwork done in 37ef20ed2d301cacbdaa0c609a9b6c1392f9bcd6 fixed the db side requirements for this issue. But since i'm not actually sure that I'm going to keep this display JS when I move over the the 2.0 environment, I'm going to defer implementing this fully until T2
