Control schemes vanished on 0.9.8 #450

I have a Retroid 2+ handheld running Android. With 0.9.7 you could choose controls of Generic Keyboard, Custom Keyboard, Mouse with left stick, Mouse with right stick, etc. With 0.9.8 only disable and Generic Keyboard are available making this version mostly unusable.

The control preset selection has moved to the Gamepad Mapper. Go to "Gamepad Mapper" in the Startmenu (with mouse/touchscreen or by switching tab with L/R) or by opening the On-Screen Keyboard and pressing the "PAD MAPPER" button.
