http://schema.org/ApplyAction is currently under OrganizeAction
definition says NOTE(goto): should this be under InteractAction instead?
TODOs belong here in issue tracker, we should remove that text regardless.

@samuelgoto - any thoughts on OrganizeAction vs InteractAction here?

I trimmed " and remove "NOTE(goto)" from its description " from the description of this issue, as I've tidied the RDFS. Let's consider what parent type for ApplyAction should be. /cc @samuelgoto
