Support for CORS Preflight Requests #6

Identified in schemaorg issue 2412 .

App does not currently respond to httpd OPTIONS requests.

Commits (15b27f5e6003e0bb18784f6ab5031181fd162bcb & ba374251c81579565d12eea02a0938a6d3676bdb) address issues - fixes acknowledged in test server.

Should ship with next schemaorg release.
