What is the specific issue?

For reference:

schema.org doesn't have genre-specific subtypes for creative works and media products.
CreativeWork can use properties such as genre and/or contentRating though.
Product have a category property.

isFamilyFriendly is a Boolean property for CreativeWork types and is referenced specifically on https://schema.org/VideoObject. I bet Googlebot respects it.
