mentions in CourseInstance #83

With the Bioschemas Group we propose adding the existing property mentions to the CourseInstance domain.

The use case is a courseInstance will mention tools, datasets, or other resources used within the lesson(s).

Mentions is already included in the schema.org/Course vocab, however these may vary in different CourseInstances. For example, in Software Carpentry, lessons are typically modified or tailored for different audiences. For Earth scientists, the courseInstance may mention a geological database, whereas for Clinicians it may mention human datasets.

Seems legit. Might be worth considering adding mentions to the Event domain (mentions is a weaker analog to about which is already in Event)
