Update Debian to trixie, build on Java 11 but run on Java 22 #37

Kawa does not build on later Java than 11, but runs on newer ones. Java 22 has new features that I need in my portable foreing function interface library so I thought no one probably will mind if I update the Java version in this container. Let me know if something is broken and I can change it back to Java 11 on the running side too.

What are the error messages?

Does the master branch build on newer versions of Java?
