license of rx? #36

What's the exact license for rx? For the scsh build in Guix we would have to include this on its own, however rx only has some commit remarks which point out a COPYING, this file no longer exists. Some headers mentions simple plain copyrights without any format of copyright. I require clarifaction in the source of rx to be able to include scsh.

Dropped the ball on this, sorry about that. The license is exactly the same as scsh's. They used to be a part of the same repo and I neglected to carry that information over to rx. It's there now.
