Add recipes & NodeJS script to generate them from issues #19

I've created a simple NodeJS script to extract the issues into markdown files. JS is my main language, so I've written this in JS, but it can be rewritten in Scheme.

I will need to update the recipes in issues and run the script again. Also will need to put links to usernames.

@jcubic In case you were expecting me to merge this, sorry, I've been away a lot and forgot to get to it. Looks good, we can rewrite in Scheme later.
