Switch from UpperCaseNames to lisp-case-names? #14

@johnwcowan You started out using wiki-style UpperCaseNames for the surveys? Do you mind if we rename them to use lisp-case-names for consistency with the rest of the scheme.org URL structure?

That's fine. That style goes back to the original pre-Mercurial wiki, which used WikiWikiWords as links.

Thanks. URLs now changed.

The index page still has the uppercase names; I'll add code to www.scm to fetch the page titles and generate the index.
