How does one get online help from the REPL?

What does "per namespace/module" mean? Gauche's apropos lists all matching identifiers in alphabetical order, but shows the library name next to each identifier. Chez's and Gambit's apropos divides the identifiers by library, but sorts them alphabetically within each library.
