Feature private alias preferences #5

With the introduction of define-private-alias, I added a preference setting that when check, define-private-alias is used instead of define-alias in the Add define-alias command.

@maoueh We'll soon get to a point of a refactor. LSP with eclipse and eclipse che would be a viable way to continue. Automating testing of distribution is on the roadmap too :)
