Compile error RegDB

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed the add in through excel (64bit Version  Office 2010)
2. When installing the error popped up "Compile error in hidden module: RegDB. 
This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, 
platform, or architecture of this application. Click "Help" for information on 
how to correct this error. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I was expecting it to install. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 

Excel connector for PE Winter 11
Excel Version 2010
64bit
 With
what Salesforce.com edition?

PE

See http://code.google.com/p/excel-connector/issues/detail?id=8 .  Since you 
are PE there probably isn't anything you can do until a new version is 
released.  Also, you have to do some gimicky stuff with the Office Toolkit to 
get this to work, I've heard it's possible, but never been successful myself.

there is a posted 64 bit version, but probably will not work with PE, sorry
