A short pull request to enable further frontend development.

Key changes:

Added FrontendMessage struct to represent messages sent from the frontend
Defined OperationType constants to enumerate different types of operations
Introduced FrontendObserver interface for observing messages from the frontend
Added Frontend interface with methods for subscribing/unsubscribing observers and sending messages to the frontend
Included detailed comments to explain the purpose and functionality of each element
