I have a Whisper model which I've fine-tuned. How can I use it with Wordcab?

Describe the solution you'd like

A method to specify a custom model.

I think WAAS is unfortunately not being developed anymore.

We are maintaining the project but do not have resources to develop new features pr. now. But we are happy to review pr's for enhancing Waas🫶

Is there any possibility of incorporating the National Library of Norway's model? Especially NbAiLabBeta/nb-whisper-large or NbAiLabBeta/nb-whisper-large-verbatim.

We have this as a goal, but right now we don't have the resources for this. We have started working on splitting up the backend and frontend in the PR here: https://github.com/schibsted/WAAS/pull/215 We want to do that so we can select different backends based on the models we want to use.

If you have a Mac you could use the Jojo Mac app, it has support for NB whisper https://apps.apple.com/no/app/jojo-transcribe/id1659864300
