Added support for SwiftPM #311

Contributing a first draft for SPM support here. Some notes:

  1. I was not able to make the tests pass. Something with Keychain.
  2. I had to remove the legacy keychain support, b/c SPM doesn't support multi-language packages.

It's a start!

Oh gosh. I see now that there's another SPM PR… #309

That one looks pretty full-featured, so I'm closing this one.
