Fix HTML export of variations #1

Fix some syntax errors when exporting bible with variations.

Also, can you make a new release?

In case you have any bibles for your converter you want to share with the world, you can send them to me, I can put them up at http://github.com/bibel/.

Thank you for your contribution. I was planning to make a new release anyway, so I just did so right now (after merging your pull request).

For sharing bibles, most German bibles have complicated Copyright situations and I'd rather not share them publicly after conversion (although there are a lot of German bibles available from e. g. Zefania XML repository that can be converted by this tool at your own (legal) risk).
