Power connector alignment #8

For 2x Sony MPF920-E drives I have, the power connector is high on the pcb. It is needing alignment towards the bottom of the pcb to be a simple direct plug-in solution. Slight lifting of the floppy drive power connector and lowering of the pcb power connector by bending the connectors pins before soldering in place is necessary with the current design.

how far off is it? can you get a measurement?

Hi, it's not much. I'd estimate 1.5mm to 2mm maximum lower. I've checked a few online images and I think the easiest way to define it is to align the power pins centrally to the floppy ribbon connector. Sony seem to have used a few different power connectors but are close tolerances. image
