Blocking users from certain chestshops #6

basically you can block a user from buying and/or selling at a chestshop. For instance, People like PX9 could be blocked from selling emeralds to admin shop because he abused it.

Normally pull requests are for incorporating your own code changes into a codebase. If you have code to implement this idea then add that to the pull request. Probably what you want to do is make this into an issue instead, you can create one here: https://github.com/schlatt-co/stonks/issues
