calc.spacified requires that there be a .hdf5 file for the 'all' mosaic to generate spacified mosaics at all - and also stalls out while running for 'all' files (possible empty unclassified files too, need to check).
1) it should be possible to run a submosaic type without running the 'all' type (look in inputs? or it can be saved in meta data? is it not already?)
2) need to find out why the program gets stuck when running on 'all'
3) need to make sure that the program doesn't get stuck on 'unclassified'
