Add refresh button for deauth adapter #77

Perhaps change the label on all refresh buttons from "Refresh" to some image in order to save on horizontal space.

In the meantime, the "Network Interface" refresh button will also refresh the deauth interface dropdown, which suggests somehow grouping all interface dropdowns more clearly. The user experience certainly suffers from the current deauth UI, so I wouldn't want to make many changes until we nail down exactly what we're doing in that department.
