As new devices are discovered, sorting by (number of) Previous WiFi Networks seems to fail quite frequently. Given the importance, for demo purposes, of clustering "chatty" devices together, this is problematic. Currently, the only reliable way to show a set of devices with significant WiFi history leakage is to stop the demo before sorting.
