This is a step towards writing a cibuild script and Vagrant. Some of this work has already been done in the /script directory, which loads data from the /data folder.
Things to load:
Some Event and EventSeries models.
Some BlogPost models.
Some User models with different privileges.
The events and blog posts should have Image models associated with image files "uploaded".
Every user has a Whitelist model associated with it, where redeemed is True. There should also be some unredeemed Whitelist models.
