5 bottom keylight keeps on (when lcd screen off)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when lcd screen locked/sleep/off, the light of 5 keys keeps on.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when lcd off, the bottom key light off.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android 2.2, Kitchen Build: Android full release 05.07.2011 (r127) 

Please provide any additional information below.
(the 5 keys: answer, home, win, back, hungup on the bottom)

I saw previous discussion: it was fixed in [BETATEST]Kitchen Build: Android 
full release 10.07.2011 (r134++) 
I will try new version today.
