There should be a checkbox next to it like this: that enables the input. Try clicking in the blank space next to it (where the checkbox is for me), it just looks like checkboxes haven't got a border for you (for some reason, probably WPF doing some weird things).
You're right. Oops. May be my Windows appearance settings here. Thanks a lot.
For some reason this has always been greyed out. Not sure what the limitation is, if there is one, preventing this from working as it does on emulated 360 controllers.
