Continuation of discussion in #15

Ported a few more types to CsWin32
Decorated some types with Obsolete
Removed some flags from CreateFile call that don't do anything for HID devices to begin with

I'm working on my local branch so I'll close this, if you've got something to add i guess just create a new one

The remote branch is updated with the code from this PR though and is currently up to date with my local branch, just to be clear
