Usage: Senpai in chat: "!nuke OverRustle"

Effect: anyone in chat (im assuming up to a certain predefined time going back) who said "OverRustle" in chat gets muted by bot.

I assume so, but we can obviously define it to what would make most sense for us. I don't think it was a ban? It was just hilarious to see Destiny do "!nuke OverRustle" just now, and then like pages of people got muted by bot... swiftly followed by LOOOLs.

I doubt this'll really be a necessary feature until chat becomes like >300 viewers though.
