Editing a credential that matches multiple accounts breaks input #4

When editing a credential that matches multiple accounts, we skip input for login/password/realm, e.g.:

$ ward edit live.com
Master password:
Found multiple credentials matching "live.com":
1. foolive.com::foo@bar.net
2. live.com::foo@bar.net
> 2
Login: foo@bar.net
Password: Password
Realm: live.com
Note:
Login (blank to keep current):
