fix matplotlib unicode rcparams #33

Matplotlib in the latest versions returns the backend as a unicode string. This breaks when it is used in the import_hook (in the filename replacement). By encoding it to a string it works again.

Thanks for your pull request. I'm not maintaining bbfreeze anymore and therefore won't merge it. Sorry.
