missing component #3

We are trying to use your implementation of Cascade SVM from the github and have found some components to be perhaps missing. For example, in cvm.cascade functions like CascadeSVM, DynamicCascadeSVM or L1SVM, ElasticSVM in cvm.svm or poly_kernel in cvm.kernel are not found.

I'm afraid the cvm.ipynb notebook file is stale and uses functions that have been replaced. I don't have time to update the notebook, but you should use the newer functions. Hope that helps!
