I'll have to review, luckily its the weekend and I should be able to get to it.
From my look over things it seems like there are alot of formatting updates, I'm not a purist but it will make the review just a little longer.\

The main changes are in /books.
@schmorrison Do you agree with the new formatting or should I limit it to the changes in /books?
