Admin :: Backup Module #12

Hi,

I think a set of Admin Modules would be usefull too! What every project needs are Backups!

As a reference: Database Command for Yii 1 - did a really great job, but it should be improved.

For file sync I had this: https://github.com/schmunk42/p3extensions/blob/master/commands/P3RsyncCommand.php
