NetCDF: Not a valid ID while running schnarc_md.py #7

Hi, I am facing an issue while running the schnarc_md.py code. The code stoped and was given an NetCDF: Not a valid ID runtime error in the NN.err file. All the output files (.log, .lis, .dat ) are generated and stop before the first dynamic iterations. Could you please help me with the probable solutions! I have attached NN.err and ouput.log for your reference. I sincerely appreciate your assistance because I've been stuck at this stage for a very long time. output.log NN_err.log

Hi, I have the same issue. Did you find a way to resolve this?

No, I have tried all possible ways but have not been able to overcome it.

Please let me know if you find a solution. Also, create a new issue regarding the same. I hope this time, the developer team will guide us.
