KeyError: 'Chr1' #220

Hi,

Thanks for the handy tool.

I'm getting an error: "KeyError: 'Chr1'" while using syri to try to identify structural variants，Here are the command I used：

syri -c out.filtered.coords -d out.filtered.delta -r SunUp.fasta -q MSY3.fa

Can you help me with this issue?

Could you please share the commands that you used to generate the .coords and the syri.log file? Also, please the exact error message.
