Notifications on submit #45

I'm almost certain this feature doesn't exist. I'd love to receive a notification email when a report is filed, if possible.

You're correct that this feature currently does not exist. Feel free to implement it and submit a PR if you're so inclined :) Otherwise, I'll add it to my to-do list and will get around to it eventually.
