Issue title radio resets to "no" every time I edit a project #90

Submitter: Jimb Email: wasteland.junk@gmail.com The "Allow anonymous users to set the title of the submitted issue on GitHub" option keeps resetting to "No" every time I click edit on my project, I have to set it back to Yes after making any changes to any other field.
