will it be possible to use this without extra toolboxes? #26

i have access to only a limited version of matlab, without many toolboxes

Currently, the toolbox list is reduced down to the following thanks to you: https://github.com/schnitzer-lab/EXTRACT-public/pull/28#issue-1455249603

I am actively working on this, I should be able to reduce it even further. Thank you!
