Generally speaking, NWB interoperability could be applicable at one or more of the following EXTRACT workflow steps:

calcium imaging movie input
calcium imaging movie output
cell extraction data input
cell extraction data output

For initial interoperability, the focus should be on the calcium imaging movie input
